MCPA is a private entity that reserves the right to approve or deny any rental request at its sole discretion. Submission of a rental inquiry does not guarantee approval.
MCPA may decline rental requests for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Events that conflict with the mission, values, or operational priorities of MCPA.
- Concerns regarding the financial viability, safety, or security of the proposed event.
- Events that may present reputational risks to MCPA or its stakeholders.
- Prior rental history, including compliance with MCPA policies and agreements.
All decisions regarding rental requests are final and at the sole discretion of MCPA. MCPA is under no obligation to provide a reason for the denial of a rental request.
